Just wanted to let you know that we had a practical demonstration about two weeks ago with a passenger boarding and deplaning from a Boeing 737. The unit operated exactly as advertised, resulting in a very straightforward and painless exercise.

Thank you for the great training provided. It allowed us to get passengers on and off the aircraft with ease. The two operators graduated from our second group of students; they took to operating the unit like old hands. We are very impressed with the product and the support that BKD Aerospace has provided.

The stair climber works very well, is easy to use, and is compact enough to store in the baggage compartment of our Gulfstream.
We do not use it every day, but since its purchase in March, we have used it four times.

Bill, I thought I would drop you a quick line, as we have just returned from a trip to Baltimore. My crew and I would like to thank you for a great product! The chair worked great!
